Position Overview
SuliKim is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand sales activities across the central Iraqi provinces. The role involves developing sales strategies, leading field teams, driving market growth, and achieving revenue targets. Experience in the construction materials sector and strong leadership skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and key clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market updates.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
Represent SuliKim professionally during customer visits and business meetings.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial management.
Experience in construction chemicals, building materials, construction products, or a related industry is highly preferred.
Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent business development and relationship management abilities.
Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Languages
Excellent Kurdish and Arabic.
Good English.
Additional Requirements
Must be based in Sulaymaniyah.
Valid driving license.
Own vehicle is preferred.
Willingness to travel frequently across the central and southern governorates of Iraq.
