📢 WE’RE HIRING | MARKETING MANAGER

🍩 Donut World is looking for a creative, experienced, and hands-on Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing activities, strengthen our brand presence, and drive customer engagement across the Kurdistan Region.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in Hospitality, F&B, Restaurants, Cafés, or Retail
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars, marketing campaigns, product launches, and events
• Manage social media platforms and develop engaging content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google
• Strong experience in content creation, social media management, content planning, and photography, with basic video editing and design skills
• Manage digital advertising, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships
• Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, and marketing ROI
• Good understanding of the Kurdistan market and local consumer trends
• Creative, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
• Strong communication skills; English and Kurdish/Arabic are preferred
