We are looking for an analytical Sales Data Analyst to join our commercial team in Sulaymaniyah – Iraq, Full-time and turn sales, customer, and market data into actionable business strategy.

What You’ll Do

Analytics & Performance: Track daily/weekly/monthly performance across SKUs, customers, channels, and territories.
Dashboards & Automation: Build and maintain automated dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI, Excel, or Tableau.
Commercial Insights: Evaluate trade promotions, calculate ROI, analyze market share, and identify revenue growth opportunities.
Forecasting Support: Partner with Supply Chain and Sales to analyze seasonality, improve demand forecast accuracy, and prevent stock imbalances.
Data Integration: Clean, model, and consolidate data across ERP, CRM, distributor, and POS platforms.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 2–4 years in Sales Analysis, Commercial Analytics, or BI (FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
Technical Stack:
Advanced Excel (Power Query, XLOOKUP, PivotTables)
Power BI / Tableau (DAX and data modeling skills a plus)
SQL and experience working with ERP/CRM data (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce)
Domain Knowledge: Strong grasp of FMCG concepts (Sell-in/Sell-out, Numeric/Weighted Distribution, Promotional ROI, Route-to-Market).
Skills: Excellent data storytelling, cross-functional communication, and attention to detail.
