📍 Location: Erbil
💼 Employment: Full-Time
⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
💰 Salary: $1,800 – $2,000
👩 Female candidates are preferred
✅ Requirements
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Business Management, Health Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or mental health.
• Experience managing or coordinating a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Kurdish & English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Good computer and reporting skills.
💼 Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations, administration, and finances.
• Lead and coordinate the MDT and healthcare professionals.
• Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
• Manage staff, resources, policies, and quality standards.
• Oversee reporting, marketing, and community outreach.
