WE’RE HIRING | Sales Engineers across Iraq

Join the sales team of a new cement company.

Sulaimani Cement Company (SCC) is preparing to bring its new cement plant in Bazian, Kurdistan Region of Iraq, into production. The plant is designed to produce 6,000 tonnes of clinker per day.

We are building our sales team across Iraq, and we need engineers who can win customers because they understand the product.

Where we are hiring
• Kurdistan Region
• Baghdad
• Southern governorates
• Other governorates

You will be based in your area and responsible for developing and supporting customers there.

What you will do
• Visit customers and build long-term relationships with ready-mix producers, precast and block manufacturers, contractors, and distributors
• Grow sales in your area with the Regional Manager through customer visits, order follow-up, sales forecasts, and CRM records
• Be the customer’s first technical contact and advise on cement selection, concrete mixes, and curing
• Handle quality questions and complaints: visit sites, collect samples, coordinate with the plant quality team, and close the loop
• Report market intelligence, including customer needs, competitor products and prices, and demand in your area

Mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Materials Engineering
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

An advantage
• Experience in a concrete laboratory, ready-mix plant, precast factory, or construction site
• Kurdish for Kurdistan Region positions
• Arabic for Baghdad and southern Iraq positions
• Valid driving license

Fresh graduates and engineers with up to 3 years’ experience are welcome.

Location: Multiple locations across Iraq
