Qaiwan Steel Factory is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to oversee Health, Safety, Environmental, and UXO-related activities and ensure a safe, compliant workplace.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company standards.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Monitor high-risk activities and ensure proper PPE usage.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety training.
• Supervise UXO-related activities and ensure compliance with government requirements.
• Monitor environmental compliance, waste management, and pollution-control measures.
• Supervise plant nurses and ensure adequate first-aid and medical services.
• Maintain HSE, environmental, UXO, and medical records.

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in industrial or steel manufacturing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of local safety regulations.
• Experience in UXO coordination is an advantage.
• Strong skills in risk assessment and incident investigation.
