📍 Erbil, Kurdistan Region – Iraq
💼 Position: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and coordinate the company’s overall operations, commercial performance, business development, and organizational growth.

🔹 Key Areas of Responsibility

The General Manager will work closely with the CEO/Chairman and oversee coordination across:

• Finance & Commercial
• Sales & Marketing
• Business Development
• Procurement & China Supply
• Logistics & Shipping
• Operations & Projects
• Engineering & Technical
• HSE & Quality
• HR & Team Leadership
• Odoo ERP & Digital Management

🔹 Requirements

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Proven experience managing multiple departments and teams.
• Strong background in business development, sales, operations, or project management.
• Good financial and commercial understanding.
• Experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience working with international suppliers or business partners is an advantage.
• Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English; Persian is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to branches and project sites.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle.
