📢 We're Hiring | Project Manager 📍 Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region – Iraq
Qaiwan Group is looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities ·      Lead overall project delivery, ensuring achievement of scope, schedule,   cost, quality, HSE, and performance objectives. ·      Develop and implement project execution plans, master schedules, budgets, resource plans, and key milestones. ·      Manage project governance, reporting, decision-making, and performance monitoring. ·      Coordinate Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Finance, HR, HSE, Legal, Administration, Sales, and other functions. ·      Oversee contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual and project requirements. ·      Monitor project costs, schedules, KPIs, risks, issues, and changes, implementing corrective and mitigation actions when required. ·      Ensure compliance with Qaiwan Group standards, HSE requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations. ·      Manage relationships with clients, government authorities, consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders. ·      Lead project meetings, reporting, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making. ·      Oversee testing, commissioning, handover, closeout, defect resolution, and lessons learned. ·      Lead and develop project teams to promote accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
10–15 years of experience in construction projects.
Minimum 5 years in a Project Manager or senior project management role.
Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use construction projects.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Native Kurdish, Fluent in English and Arabic.
