🔧 JOB VACANCY – MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
⚡ Factory Electrical Maintenance

📍 Location: Erbil
🏭 Industry: Manufacturing / Production

🎯 Objective

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to supervise the factory maintenance department, with strong hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting production machinery and industrial electrical systems.

☑ Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on factory maintenance experience
• Strong practical experience with production equipment and machinery
• Experience must be in a manufacturing or production factory
• Experience only in oil & gas, power plants, substations, construction, or installation projects will not be considered as a substitute for factory maintenance experience
• Hands-on experience with industrial machines, motors, electrical panels, sensors, control systems, and electrical faults
• Experience with Preventive Maintenance (PM) and corrective/breakdown maintenance
• Ability to lead and organize a maintenance team and assign tasks
• Ability to coordinate effectively with the Production Department
• Good computer skills and experience with maintenance records, reporting, and tracking systems
• ERP experience is an advantage
• Kurdish language is required

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Practical knowledge of factory electrical and maintenance operations
