🔹 Position Overview
Dijla Factory – SuliKim is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Sales Control Officer to support and coordinate daily sales activities.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professional follow-up, and effective coordination with employees and different departments.
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Monitor sales engineers’ daily activities, assigned tasks, visits, and pending actions.
• Collect, review, and organize daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Prepare customer and project visit schedules and field visit plans.
• Track customer visits, enquiries, quotations, orders, collections, and follow-ups.
• Maintain updated customer, project, and sales opportunity records.
• Prepare sales activity summaries and highlight pending matters to management.
• Coordinate with sales and other departments regarding quotations, samples, orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Arrange sales meetings, record action points, and follow up until completion.
• Maintain organized sales documentation and protect confidential customer and pricing information.
🎓 Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales administration, coordination, administrative support, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with reports and records.
• Good professional communication skills.
💻 Technical Skills
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization, tracking sheets, and basic reporting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office.
💰 Salary
Negotiable — based on qualifications, experience, and interview evaluation.
