📢 WE’RE HIRING | Learning & Development Supervisor

📍 Location: Sulaymaniyah, Iraq

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Learning & Development Supervisor to join our Human Resources team and contribute to the development of our employees and organizational capabilities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and address current and emerging capability gaps across the organization.
• Support the design, development, and implementation of employee training and development initiatives.
• Ensure learning and development programs align with the organization’s evolving needs and requirements.
• Support employees in strengthening their professional skills, competencies, and career development.

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in HR, Training, Learning & Development, or a related area.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively coordinate and manage learning and development activities.
