Diri Al Nassir Security Services and Private Guards (DANSS) is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee HR operations across its projects and branches in Erbil.

Qualified Iraqi and international candidates are welcome to apply.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and personnel mobilization across project sites
• Manage local and expatriate employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave
• Coordinate residency and work permits with relevant teams
• Oversee payroll preparation and verification in coordination with Finance
• Develop and implement HR policies and employee-relations practices
• Manage performance management and employee training activities
• Maintain accurate HRMS/ERP records and confidential HR reports

🔹 Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
✔ Relevant experience in HR management
✔ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
✔ Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multi-site environment
✔ Previous experience in the security sector is an advantage
✔ Proficiency in Excel and HRMS/ERP systems
✔ Strong written and spoken English
✔ Arabic or Kurdish language skills are an advantage
