کۆمپانیایەکی مارکێتینگ لە هەولێر بەدوای کەسێکی ڕێکخراو، بەرپرسیار و بەهێز لە بواری پەیوەندیکردن و بەڕێوەبردندا دەگەڕێت بۆ پۆستی بەڕێوەبەری ئۆپەراسیۆن (Operations Coordinator).

🔹 بەرپرسیارییە سەرەکییەکان:
• بەڕێوەبردن و ڕێکخستنی کارەکانی ڕۆژانەی ئۆفیس.
• دروستکردن و پەرەپێدانی ناوەڕۆک و نووسینی دەق بۆ سۆشیال میدیا.
• پشکنین، دەستکاریکردن و ڕاستکردنەوەی ناوەڕۆکی تیم.
• دروستکردن و بەهێزکردنی پەیوەندییە پیشەییەکان لەگەڵ کڕیاران.
• بەشداریکردن لە کۆبوونەوە لەگەڵ کڕیارە هەنووکەیی و ئەگەرییەکان و پێشکەشکردنی خزمەتگوزارییەکان.
• ئامادەکردنی پلانی ناوەڕۆکی مانگانە.
• ئامادەکردنی پێشنیار و پروپۆزاڵی پیشەیی بۆ کڕیاران.
• ڕێکخستنی ئەرکەکان و دڵنیابوون لە تەواوبوونی پرۆژەکان لە کاتی دیاریکراودا.

• کەسێکی ڕێکخراو، بەرپرسیار و وردبین بێت.
• توانای پەیوەندیکردنی بەهێز و مامەڵەکردنی پیشەیی هەبێت.
• توانای نووسینی باش هەبێت.

• توانای بەڕێوەبردنی چەندین کار لە هەمان کاتدا هەبێت.

A marketing agency based in Hawler is looking for an organized, responsible, and confident Operations Coordinator to join our team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day office operations.
• Create and develop social media content and copywriting.
• Review, proofread, and revise content created by the team.
• Communicate and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Attend meetings with existing and potential clients and confidently present our services.
• Create and organize monthly content calendars.
• Prepare professional proposals for clients and potential clients.
• Coordinate tasks and ensure projects are completed on time.

🔹 Requirements:
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Good understanding of marketing and social media.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
• Gender: Female
• Fluent in Kurdish and English.
