About the Role
We are looking for an experienced *Operations & Fleet Supervisor* to supervise daily RDF transportation and fleet operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely transportation.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise trucks, drivers, routes, dispatch, and daily transportation operations.
• Monitor fleet availability, GPS tracking, fuel consumption, and vehicle performance.
• Coordinate maintenance and follow up on breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.
• Monitor trips, transported quantities, and delivery documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and loading/unloading sites.
• Prepare daily fleet and operational reports.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in transportation, logistics, fleet operations, or a related field.
• Experience supervising heavy trucks and drivers.
• Practical knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance, and fuel control.
• Knowledge of GPS/fleet tracking systems.
• Good Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in field operations.
• Experience in RDF, waste transportation, or industrial projects is an advantage.
