Maintenance Supervisor – Factory Electrical Maintenance

Objective
To recruit an Electrical Engineer to supervise the factory maintenance department, with solid hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting production machinery and industrial electrical systems.

Key Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair of machinery in a manufacturing or production factory.
* Strong practical experience with production equipment and factory maintenance is essential.
* Experience limited to oil & gas, power plants, substations, construction, or installation projects will not be considered as a substitute for factory maintenance experience.
* Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machines, motors, electrical panels, sensors, control systems, and electrical faults.
* Experience in planning and implementing preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective/breakdown maintenance.
* Ability to lead and organize a maintenance team, assign tasks, follow up on work, and coordinate effectively with the Production Department.
* Good computer skills and familiarity with maintenance records, reporting, and maintenance tracking systems.
* Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
* Kurdish language is required.

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Practical knowledge of factory electrical and maintenance operations.
