Amara International Consultancy is Hiring on Behalf of a Client | Corporate Lawyer

Are you an experienced Corporate Lawyer with a strong background in corporate and commercial law? We are looking for a qualified legal professional to provide practical legal advice, manage contracts and legal documentation, assess and mitigate legal risks, support negotiations and disputes, and protect the organization’s interests across its business activities.

Location: Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region, Iraq
Employment Type: Full-Time
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent)
Experience: 3+ years of relevant legal experience
Languages: Strong Kurdish and English; Arabic is advantageous
