🍽️ WE ARE HIRING – RESTAURANT BRANCH MANAGER

📍 Location: Erbil, Iraq

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fast-food restaurant branch. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, operational, customer service, and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant team.
• Achieve sales, profitability, and operational KPIs.
• Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and operational expenses.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize food waste and losses.
• Analyze branch performance and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with Head Office and other departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the fast-food/restaurant industry.
• Experience as a Restaurant Manager, Branch Manager, or Assistant Restaurant Manager is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sales and business-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Kurdish, English & Arabic.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and restaurant management systems is an advantage.
