WE ARE HIRING: PRODUCTION PLANNER

Position: Production Planner

Department: Production / Operations

Reports To: Plant / Production Manager

Location: On-site (Factory)

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Scheduling: Develop master production schedules (MPS) and capacity plans.

ERP System Management: Oversee daily workflows in the ERP manufacturing module (MRP, work orders, inventory tracking).

Shop-Floor Supervision: Monitor live production to maintain schedules, cycle times, and quality standards.

Cross-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate with Production, Design, Sales, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Quality Control.

Reporting & Analytics: Track KPIs, generate yield reports, and analyze variances against targets.

Problem Solving: Make real-time decisions on resource allocation and schedule adjustments.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience: 3+ years in production planning or operational control within manufacturing.

Languages: Professional fluency in English and Turkish is preferred.

Technical Skills: Advanced expertise in Manufacturing ERP modules and MS Excel.

Soft Skills: Strong shop-floor leadership, quick decision-making, and communication.
