Salary: $1,300 – $1,800 per month

Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural BIM & Quantity Take-Off Engineer to support architectural Bills of Quantities, quantity take-offs, BIM model review, and architectural documentation for building projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in architectural design, detailing, quantity take-off, and construction documentation.
• Experience preparing architectural BOQs and material quantity take-offs.
• Good written and spoken English.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and architectural BIM models.
• Strong knowledge of BIM-based quantity take-off and schedules.
• Ability to verify BIM quantities against drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of architectural materials, finishes, doors, glazing, partitions, ceilings, flooring, façades, and waterproofing.
• Ability to prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and measurement sheets.
• Good understanding of construction methods and architectural detailing.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural quantity take-offs and BOQs.
• Extract and organize quantities from Revit/BIM models.
• Develop Revit schedules for architectural materials and building elements.
• Review BIM models for reliable quantity extraction.
• Cross-check BIM quantities against drawings, specifications, and manual measurements.
• Assist in developing and updating architectural Revit models.
