📋 Position Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant IT technical support experience.
Experience in CCTV installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of network administration (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and troubleshooting).
Skills in Server and Active Directory management.
Strong hardware, software, and IT systems troubleshooting skills.
Experience in IT security and identifying potential security issues.
Ability to report network or user-side security violations.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and support users at different locations.
